NEW Stem Cell Media for Human and Mouse Cell Culture
Nutristem (tm) media were shown to support cell growth of undifferentiated ES cells during long term (more than 50 passages) culture. This has been tested with H9.2, I6, I3.2, H1 cells, while normal karyotypes have been shown to be preserved. Pluripotency is confirmed using biomarker expression via immunofluorescence, FACS, Q-PCR or through formation of embryoid bodies and teratomas
